Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal product display and shelf arrangement in all outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare detailed merchandising reports.
- Liaise with store managers to maximize visibility.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in FMCG
- Good understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
