Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is hiring a Member, Co-operative Tribunal (Non-Advocate) to review cooperative disputes, support tribunal proceedings, analyze legal and regulatory matters, and contribute to fair dispute resolution. A Bachelor’s degree is required, relevant legal experience is required, and knowledge of cooperative laws is required.
Qualifications:
- Under Section 77(1)(d) of the Cooperative Societies Act, CAP 490, the applicant must have the following minimum requirements.
- Have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least ten (10) years’ experience in the field of co-operative management and practice.
- Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
