Job Role

• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems
• Create and analyze detailed engineering designs and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency
• Perform simulations and analyze data to improve performance
• Oversee manufacturing processes and provide technical support
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintaining accountability for resourcing, timeliness, quality, risk management, scope management, and keeping the management informed on manufacturing and revalidation progress

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in any engineering discipline is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field
• Registered with Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (EBK) or KETRB
• Proficiency in computer applications and Computerized Engineering/ Management System
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• At least ten (10) years working experience, three (3) of which should be in a management position
