Massage Therapist/Room Steward providing professional massage treatments and maintaining treatment rooms, requiring a Certificate or training in Massage Therapy with previous experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa Attendant, in a hospitality environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage treatments to guests in a safe and courteous manner.
• Prepare and maintain massage/treatment rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean, sanitize, and arrange treatment rooms before and after each guest.
• Change and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and other room supplies.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure guests receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience.
• Handle and store used linens appropriately.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and shortages of supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent guest-service standards.
• Assist with general room-stewarding duties as required.

Requirements:

• Certificate or training in Massage Therapy is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Room Steward, Spa Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and room-cleaning procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guests\’ privacy.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
