Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing and events team. The intern will assist in promoting events, developing content, managing social media platforms, and engaging with clients and audiences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for events.
- Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to promote upcoming events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Support in managing event promotions, ticket sales, and online registrations.
- Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and influencers to increase event reach.
- Capture and organize photos/videos during events for marketing use.
- Support the team with administrative and logistical tasks related to events.
