Manager, Personal Lines Job Jubilee Insurance
Insurance Jobs, Jubilee Insurance Jobs. Manager, Personal Lines leads product, portfolio, and distribution strategies for personal insurance lines, requires a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, AIIK or ACII qualification, and 7+ years experience in insurance or financial services. Full-time role in Nairobi.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related field.
- AIIK or ACII qualification.
- At least seven years’ relevant experience in insurance or financial services, including experience in product, portfolio, distribution or business management.
- Experience in personal, retail or individual health insurance would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a portfolio with clear accountability for commercial results.
- Experience working across multiple distribution channels and collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams.
