About Us
East African Growers Fresh Produce Limited is a leading vegetable growing, processing, and exporting company based in Naivasha. We specialize in the production and export of high-quality fresh produce to international markets, maintaining strict quality, food safety, and sustainability standards.
We are seeking an initiative-taking and purposeful Management Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across farming, processing, and export operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct cost analysis for farming, processing, and export operations.
- Analyze production costs, yields, and operational efficiencies.
- Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost control systems.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and export teams.
- Assist in audit processes and statutory reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (K) / ACCA qualification (or finalist level)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or export industry
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity and diligence
