Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations, including tenant management, lease compliance,
- and service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance).
- Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and effective marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations while
- maintaining high customer service standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage the mall management team to achieve strategic goals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial and analytical abilities
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- High integrity and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- 5-8 years’ experience in retail or commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of leasing, facilities management, and financial management
- Experience managing large retail or mixed-use developments is an advantage
