Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations, including tenant management, lease compliance,
• and service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance).
• Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and effective marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations while
• maintaining high customer service standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage the mall management team to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
• 5-8 years’ experience in retail or commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of leasing, facilities management, and financial management
• Experience managing large retail or mixed-use developments is an advantage
