Responsibilities
- Enhance learning environment for high student performance.
- Effective lesson planning and preparation, creating medium and short-term plans aligned with curriculum standards to ensure comprehensive coverage of content.
- Classroom discipline and management to maintain a positive learning environment and ensure
- lessons are conducted smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborative curriculum development, working with colleagues and curriculum coordinators to refine and enhance subject offerings.
- Innovative content delivery using enhanced and blended curriculum strategies, integrating ICT
- creatively to maximize learning outcomes even with limited resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in ECDE.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- TSC registration.
- Valid certificate of good conduct.
