Job Overview
We are urgently looking for motivated and experienced Loan Officers / Sales Agents / Sales Executives to join our dynamic Logbook Loans team. The successful candidates will manage the full cycle of the loan process—from lead generation and client appraisal to loan disbursement—while ensuring strict adherence to our credit policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new clients through fieldwork, referrals, online platforms, and partnerships.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to grow the loan portfolio.
- Credit Appraisal & Reviews: Assess customer eligibility, analyze risk, collect necessary documentation, and make sound credit decisions.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to developing and implementing effective sales tactics and growth plans.
- Sales Execution: Meet or exceed individual sales targets through direct and consultative selling.
- Compliance: Ensure all applications and disbursements comply with company policies, credit regulations, and relevant laws.
Requirements
- A diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling logbook loans or similar credit products
- Proven track record in field sales and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the Nairobi market and local customer dynamics is a strong advantage
