Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution; admission to the Kenyan Bar is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal practice, preferably with exposure to contract law, partnerships, or non-profit organisations.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documents.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan laws and regulations relevant to non-profit organisations and partnerships.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
