This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative skills such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in a legal or professional office environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
