Lead finished goods warehouse and outbound logistics operations, driving cost optimization, productivity improvement, and digital warehouse performance through effective use of WMS and strong floor leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finished goods warehouse and outbound dispatch operations
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy, picking efficiency, and dispatch performance
- Drive key performance indicators including on-time and in-full delivery, picking productivity, space utilization, and inventory accuracy
- Control and optimize warehousing and material handling costs
- Coordinate with transport service providers, sales, and planning teams
- Enforce safety standards, standard operating procedures, and shift discipline
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations
- 6–8 years’ hands-on warehouse experience (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong WMS, scanning & reporting skills
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, strong floor leadership
