The Role:

You will manage “Elite Accounts” (High-end hotels and restaurants) to ensure a perfect premium experience.
Focus: Sales Conversion & Shelf Dominance

Mandate: Secure permanent listings and achieve shelf dominance in elite venues

Key Responsibilities:

• Converting high-profile activations into permanent stock orders.
• Managing procurement relationships with Tier-1 hospitality partners.
• Monitoring daily competitor intelligence to maintain market edge.

Ideal Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven success in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sales or Elite Sales.
• Network: A pre-existing network of relationships with Tier-1 bars, lounges and high-end hotels.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the Kenyan Smart Luxury market and the ability to convert activations into permanent stock orders.
• Core Competency: High-level negotiation skills
