IT Systems Analyst Job Farmer’s Choice Nairobi, Kenya
Job Summary
Design, implement, manage and optimize the Company’s ERP systems and related business applications. Partner with business users, IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into secure, efficient system solutions, maintain data integrity and continuously improve ERP functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse processes, gather requirements and design aligned ERP solutions.
- Configure and modify ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrations and validation across the ERP system.
- Diagnose technical and functional issues and optimize ERP performance.
- Provide user training, documentation and ongoing system support.
- Manage access controls, data security, reports, dashboards, updates and integrations.
- Support upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives with users, IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant IT/ERP experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
- Experience in process analysis, automation, integrations and workflows.
- Business Analysis certification is an advantage; knowledge of project management and SDLC.
