Internal Auditor (ICT) Job Platcorp Group

Internal Auditor (ICT) conducting risk-based reviews of information systems, cybersecurity controls and technology infrastructure across the Group, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Accounting, CISA certification or progress toward it and 3-4 years experience in ICT auditing or technology risk, in a financial services environment, on-site role.
Are you an ICT audit professional with a strong understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, internal controls and data analytics? We are looking for an Internal Auditor (ICT) to strengthen our Internal Audit team and support risk-based reviews of our information systems, digital platforms and technology-enabled business processes.
You will play a key role in assessing IT governance, cybersecurity controls, IT general controls, application controls, cloud services and technology infrastructure across the Group and its subsidiaries. You will also use data analytics to identify control weaknesses and unusual activity, provide practical recommendations, and support improvements in technology risk management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- CISA certification, or working towards it, is an advantage. Other relevant certifications such as CIA, CRISC, CISSP, CPA, ACCA, CEH, or cloud-security certifications are desirable
- 3–4 years’ relevant experience in ICT auditing, internal auditing, cybersecurity, technology risk, or IT controls
- Experience reviewing IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity, or technology infrastructure
- Knowledge of relevant audit, ICT governance, cybersecurity, and control frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Superset, ACL Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and report-writing skills
