Key Responsibilities

The officer will support the institution’s internal audit and risk management functions, including:

• Reviewing HELB’s ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Conducting forensic and systems audits.
• Reviewing effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identifying potential fraud, losses and operational risks.
• Safeguarding institutional assets.
• Preparing audit findings and recommendations.
• Supporting management in strengthening governance and compliance.
