About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced designer with strong conceptual thinking, advanced 3D visualization skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling interior spaces. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver innovative, functional, and visually stunning design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design development of assigned projects, working independently and within project teams.
- Collaborate with the Director and team members to develop and advance each project’s creative and technical direction.
- Work with clients, consultants, and project partners to ensure seamless communication and design execution.
- Create 2D and 3D design concepts, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Resolve detailing and technical issues while maintaining consistency with design objectives.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure profitable and timely delivery.
- Participate in team meetings to support the growth, innovation, and organization of the design practice.
- Assist with developing and maintaining the materials library and fostering relationships with suppliers and fabricators.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
- 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong interior design portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience across all project phases — schematic design, design development, and documentation.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a professional, detail-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with practical execution in fast-paced project environments.
