Summary of responsibilities
As Innovation & Digital Strategy Lead (Coach), you will:
- Empower teachers across all subjects and year groups to weave digital tools and approaches seamlessly into their curriculum, enriching learning and engagement.
- Design and deliver engaging professional learning: from whole-school CPD to personalised coaching and model lessons, that builds digital confidence and capability at every level.
- Lead innovation projects that explore new tools, platforms, and teaching approaches, evaluating their impact and sharing best practice across the school.
- Lead the integration of digital learning across the curriculum, ensuring technology enhances, rather than replaces, excellent pedagogy.
- Collaborate with Peponi Senior School and wider networks to develop shared approaches, exchange expertise, and position Peponi as a leader in digital learning across Kenya and beyond.
- Work strategically with the Head and SLT to shape the school’s digital vision, advising on the most effective systems, applications, and resources to support learning and operations.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and collaboration, encouraging staff to take risks, try new ideas, and celebrate success stories in digital teaching and learning
