NGO Jobs. Nutrition International Jobs.

About the role

The NOURISH coordination team is looking to hire an Information Management & Reporting Officer (IMRO) to lead information and evidence management, documentation and data visualization, systems management and dashboard maintenance, and the full reporting cycle for the NOURISH Investment. The IMRO ensures that investment- and country-level data are well-governed, high quality, findable, accessible, interoperable, and actionable. Working under the technical leadership of the MEAL Advisor, the IMRO will produce analytical products and support learning and evidence management through communication of results and high-quality end-to-end reporting and data-driven storytelling. This role is central to transforming data into insights that strengthen decision-making, accountability, and visibility of progress under the investment. The role will also operationalize the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) and learning strategy developed by the MEAL Advisor by building the data pipelines, repositories, dashboards, and reporting products needed for results- based decision making and accountability.

The IMRO will be a key partner to the MEAL focal points of the Technical Assistance Partners (TAPs), helping to produce timely and insightful dashboards, briefs, and reports that drive action at country and investment levels.

1.Data Management & Systems Support

Support MEAL Advisor and TAPs in cleaning, validating, and analyzing routine data (DHIS2, HMIS, LMIS, eCHIS). Maintain standardized monitoring tools and indicator sheets. Track KPI data completeness and flag issues. Support spot-checks surveys through tool versioning, guidance, and quality checks.

2 .Dashboard Development, Maintenance, and Analytics

Manage the grant-level dashboard and analytics system, developing and maintaining dynamic visualizations (Power BI, DHIS2, Tableau) for real-time monitoring. Generate summary tables, trend graphs, and analytic briefs to support regional analysis. Ensure dashboards reflect current data and provide actionable insights for TAPs and partners, including quality flags, confidence markers, completeness indicators, and guidance notes.

3. Reporting, Documentation, and Data Storytelling

Produce quarterly and annual reports synthesizing data trends and KPIs progress. Translate data into narratives, infographics, and summaries for diverse audiences. Document lessons learned and country insights. Prepare slide decks and briefs for presentations. Create recurring data packs for reviews and learning sessions.

4.Support to Quality Assurance and Learning

Support the Advisor and Director with data quality reviews, including verification, completeness checks, and follow-up with TAPs to resolve issues. Prepare analytic products, notes, and visuals for cross-country meetings. Maintain the SharePoint repository with version control and organized access. Produce DQA reports with prioritized issues and corrective actions, tracking resolution with TAPs.

5 .Learning, Documentation & Knowledge Management

Translate the learning strategy into an operational evidence calendar, mapping learning questions to data sources and products. Coordinate documentation of lessons learned, case studies, and system improvements, producing learning briefs and guides.
