Looking for a procurement job in Kenya? Moko Home + Living is hiring an Imports & Procurement Officer to coordinate import processes and manage procurement activities.The role is based in Nairobi and experience in supply chain management, and vendor coordination is required.
They’re looking for an Inventory Stock Reconciliation Officer to help keep inventory accurate, our systems aligned, and our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the import process from purchase order to final delivery. Prepare and process import documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to track orders and shipment schedules.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or logistical issues.
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for goods and services.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers. Raise purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
