ICT Support Trainee role at Username Group, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Requires a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with good knowledge of computer networks and systems. Trainee, full-time role. Apply by 28th August 2026.
We are seeking a proactive ICT Support Trainee to support the organisation’s IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
- Support the maintenance of computers, networks, systems and ICT equipment.
- Assist in ensuring system uptime, reliability and cybersecurity.
- Support user training on technology and security best practices.
- Maintain ICT records and support ICT projects and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Good knowledge and understanding of computer networks, systems and ICT equipment.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Server+ or Google IT Support are an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate and available to start immediately.
