ICT Officer Job ODPP

The ICT Officer supports the development, maintenance and management of the Office’s information and communication technology infrastructure. The role ensures that digital systems and networks operate effectively to support institutional operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and maintaining ICT hardware and software systems
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring system security and reliability
- Supporting maintenance of institutional databases and digital records systems
- Assisting in the implementation of ICT projects and digital solutions
- Managing system updates, upgrades and routine maintenance tasks
- Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are implemented
- Supporting user training on ICT systems and digital tools
