ICT Officer Job Gas Africa
Looking for an IT job in Kenya? Gas Africa is hiring an ICT officer to manage IT systems, provide technical support, maintain network infrastructure and ensure smooth technology operations. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in systems administration and network management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ICT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT issues.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.
- Manage user accounts, ICT assets, and system documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
- Experience in ICT support and network administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
