Role Description
This is a full-time HR Executive role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions in the company.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
