Human Resource Officer Job 2024

They are seeking a HR Officer, who shall be pivotal in supporting the organization’s HR functions, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture. You shall work closely with management to meet the organization’s HR objectives while aligning with industry standards and compliance requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs to enhance employee productivity.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing expert advice to management.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate remuneration.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HR activities, including recruitment, retention, and performance data.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to organizational development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 -6 years of HR experience, preferably in a service-oriented organization.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP,) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Candidates currently not working and between the ages of 30 and 35 are highly encouraged to apply.
