We are seeking a mature, highly professional, and results-oriented Human Resource Manager to join our team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
- Previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional HR body
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs.
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
