Location:  Nairobi, Kenya

Salary: 100K Gross amount

Our client, is seeking to hire a strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the organization’s HR function. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture as he/she focuses on aligning HR practices with business objectives and driving talent management strategies.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values
  • Provide leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across the organization
  • Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling in a fair and legally compliant manner
  • Oversee performance management systems, staff development, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with the all labour regulations including statutory obligations
  • Review and maintain HR policies, contracts, and procedures
  • Support management in organizational development, culture building, and change management
  • Oversee payroll coordination, statutory remittances, and HR reporting
  • Promote staff welfare, engagement, and spiritual well-being initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on people and organizational matters
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
  • A Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations in Kenya.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills are desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
