Location: Nairobi
Reporting to: Head of Outsourcing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Support to join our outsourcing team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will support our clients in managing leave processes, payroll administration, and disciplinary procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and track employee leave requests in line with client policies and labor laws.
  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing for client organizations.
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
  • Maintain updated HR records and support client communication regarding HR matters.
  • Provide general HR administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within an outsourcing or consultancy environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
