Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will perform various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits and administration, and maintaining personnel records and support overall growth in the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all HR-related tasks.
- Actively participating in full-cycle recruitment.
- HR policy formulation/reviews.
- Administrative tasks e.g., formulating job descriptions, employment contracts, etc.
- Leading performance management processes.
- Managing employee relations including but not limited to leave management,
- disciplinary procedures, staff welfare, etc.
- Managing training and development activities.
- Proper records management.
Key Requirements
- University Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a busy HR environment.
- Active membership with IHRM is a must.
- Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Good knowledge ofthe HR industry and practices.
- Good communication skills.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Good Knowledge of Kenyan Labor Laws.
