Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth operations and consistent delivery across all HR disciplines.
- Champion a positive work culture by enhancing both the employee and guest experience, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care.
- Design and implement strategic HR plans that align with hotel goals, driving measurable results in performance and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to performance management and succession planning.
- Oversee the HR budget and training initiatives, ensuring optimal investment in team growth and operational excellence.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and business partners to support organizational objectives.
- Analyze and optimize HR practices including staffing, compensation, learning and development, and career progression—delivering value to individuals and the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices, maintaining robust documentation and audit-readiness at all times.
