  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business or related field; 
  • Master’s degree; 
  • CHRP certification; 
  • Registered IHRM member in good standing; 
  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience (4 years at Senior Management Level);
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws;
  • High integrity; 
  • Alignment with Catholic Church values.

  • Develop and implement human resource policies and systems in compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and Church governance standards.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory support on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning processes.
  • Manage employee relations, staff welfare, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and donor HR requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and support governance, audits, and institutional effectiveness.

Terms:

Three (3) year renewable contract.
