Job Summary

The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations of the HR department and the office. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-friendly, and eager to grow in the field of human resources.

  • Handle recruitment tasks including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Help coordinate HR events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and preparing reports as needed.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
