Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms, apartments and common areas to company standards.
- Support linen handling, inventory and basic housekeeping records.
- Follow hygiene, safety and housekeeping SOPs.
- Report maintenance issues and guest-related observations to supervisors.
- Support housekeeping supervisors and team members in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous internship or attachment experience is an added advantage.
