Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and securing patient health records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

Key Duties

Maintain and update electronic/physical patient records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
Process admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Support medical staff with record retrieval.
Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
Prepare reports, audits, and statistics.
Manage filing/storage of records per policy.
Train staff on records systems.

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma in Health/Medical Records or related field.
Knowledge of health info systems & documentation.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations/confidentiality standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in records management preferred.
