All Candidates Must:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Commerce,Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 4+ years progressive experience in commercial
- leadership within retail, FMCG, fresh produce, or distribution.
- Proven experience managing sales teams an multi-location operations.
- Strong financial & budgeting acumen.
- Demonstrated success in growing retail accounts and market share.
- Experience in fresh produce or perishable goods supply chain js highly desirable.
