Head – Compressor Division Job Ryce EA

Ryce East Africa Ltd, the authorized sole distributor of ELGi Compressors in Kenya, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Compressor Division and drive growth across Sales, Service, and Spare Parts business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage compressor sales, after-sales service, and spare parts operations across Kenya and the region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, industrial accounts, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and service teams.
- Monitor business performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales and service, preferably in air compressors, compressed air systems, or related industrial products.
- Proven track record in leading sales, service, and spare parts businesses with strong commercial acumen.
- Sound technical knowledge of air compressors and industrial applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
