We are looking for a qualified and experienced Head Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare high-quality meals in line with the approved menu.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage kitchen supplies, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and kitchen equipment.
• Develop menus and recommend improvements to meals and kitchen operations.
• Monitor food portions and costs to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen management.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
