A leading hospitality group in Nairobi is looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead its kitchen operations.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior kitchen management role.
• Strong experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Experience in Indian/Asian or multi-cuisine cooking is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, menu development, stock control and food safety.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
