Concept Development & Planning

  • Understand project requirements and objectives by studying design briefs and gathering relevant materials.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and design inspirations to develop innovative concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, content) to brainstorm ideas and develop creative direction.

Graphic Creation & Design Execution

  • Design original graphics for use across various platforms, including:
  • Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Websites and landing pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Digital ads
  • Presentations and infographics
  • Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging)
  • Create brand-consistent layouts and templates for internal and external use.
  • Ensure final designs meet the visual and branding standards of the company.

Production & File Preparation

  • Prepare final artwork files for both digital and print production.
  • Operate and manage design tools and software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others.
  • Ensure all deliverables are optimized for resolution, size, and compatibility depending on their intended use (web, mobile, print).

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials.
  • Work alongside fellow designers, content creators, and marketing staff to maintain brand consistency.
  • Assist or mentor junior designers, interns, or graphic arts students when necessary.

Review, Feedback & Iteration

  • Present design drafts for review and receive feedback constructively.
  • Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality final outputs.
  • Continuously improve designs through A/B testing and performance analysis when relevant (e.g., for ad creatives or landing pages).
  • Degree in graphic design or related field
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
  • A strong eye for visual composition
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design
