Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and Graduate Trainee with a background in Statistics to join our team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation while supporting various business and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
- Prepare statistical reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and records.
- Support departments in data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large datasets..
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
