Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management or general management.
- Experience in laboratory equipment, medical devices, scientific supplies, or technical product distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Strong financial and business management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and scientific instrumentation markets.
- Experience working with research institutions, hospitals, universities, or laboratories.
- Ability to build systems, scale operations, and improve efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Operations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee daily operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
- Product & Inventory Oversight: Manage product lines including borosilicate glassware, laboratory equipment, plasticware, chemistry sets, and analytical instruments while ensuring proper stock levels and product availability.
- Business Operations & Performance: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and supervise teams across sales, warehouse, procurement, and administration to maintain smooth and coordinated operations.
- Supplier & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, research institutions, laboratories, universities, and hospitals.
- Market Development & Sales Support: Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth within research institutions, laboratories, and healthcare sectors.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare operational reports for leadership.
