Role Description
The General Manager position at Lacasa Complex Limited (Under CanaanEast group) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi. The responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, managing day-to-day operations, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency. The General Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor financial performance, drive organizational objectives, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Additionally, the role involves nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making skills to develop and execute business strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Operational Management expertise, including resource allocation, process improvement, and ensuring organizational efficiency.
- Financial Acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive cost-effective decision-making.
- Client Relationship-Building and Business Development skills to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong partnerships.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
