Job Summary

Chamiachi Hotel is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee hotel operations, drive business growth and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage, events and conferencing.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure and achieve financial targets.
• Drive business development, customer satisfaction and guest retention.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality industry regulations, health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar leadership position.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, financial management and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry and the Mombasa tourism market.
• Ability to work independently, manage teams and deliver measurable results.
