Key Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Front Office Management
- 5+ years’ Front Office supervisory experience in a large hotel/resort Strong people & customer care skills
- Proficient in Micros/Hotsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office activities (reception, reservations, concierge, cashiering)
- Manage rates, forecasts & yield
- Ensure smooth check-in/out and VIP recognition
- Handle guest complaints
- Train and monitor front office staff performance
