Key Responsibilities
The following are the duties and responsibilities for the partisan staff:
- Carry out clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail;
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed;
- Welcoming visitors to the office;
- Undertaking postage and messengerial services;
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the office;
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees; and,
- Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Member.
