Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations, service quality, and guest experience.
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and bar teams.
- Develop and implement F&B service standards, SOPs, and shift structures.
- Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations including:
- Health and safety (OSHA and DOSH)
- Food handling standards
- Liquor licensing requirements
- Fire safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Staff licensing and operational permits
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, stock controls, and wastage reduction.
- Design and monitor budgets, cost of sales, and revenue targets.
- Drive events, promotions, and service innovation to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and accountability processes.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant, club, or hotel F&B management.
- Deep knowledge of bar operations, menu engineering, and service flow.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-traffic environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Familiar with operational audits, licensing renewals, and statutory compliance.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, guest relations, and crisis management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and hands-on decision-making ability.
- Strong financial acumen and experience handling P&L responsibility.
- Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
