Build cross-platform mobile applications and modern web dashboards. You’ll work primarily with Flutter (70%) for mobile apps and Vue.js (25%) for web interfaces, creating applications that work offline-first and serve thousands of users daily.

- Professional Experience – 6+ months in a real work environment (internship, industrial attachment, freelance with client references, or employment) demonstrating Flutter/mobile development
- Flutter Experience – 2+ real apps (personal/professional), solid understanding of state management and offline storage
- Modern JavaScript – React OR Vue.js, ES6+, component-based thinking
- API Understanding – How REST APIs work, HTTP methods, JSON, authentication concepts
- UI/UX Implementation – Can build pixel-perfect from Figma, eye for design details
- Version Control – Daily Git usage, pull requests, meaningful commits
- Self-Driven – Work independently, problem-solve before asking, own features end-to-end
- Honest Communication – Admit blockers early, communicate proactively when stuck, no hiding issues
- Willingness to Learn – Eager to pick up new technologies and best practices
