Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and submit vehicle repair expenses for Amazon reimbursement tracking
- Monitor and ensure proper reimbursement collection for all submitted repair claims
- Analyze vendor repair invoices to challenge unnecessary or overpriced repairs
- Submit disputes for questionable vendor charges and repair work
- Follow up with newly hired drivers to collect required documentation
- Upload driver documents into company systems and track onboarding progress
- Ensure driver onboarding proceeds according to established timelines
- Review Discord communications to catalog reasons for delivery delays
- Determine fault attribution for late deliveries (company vs Amazon vs external factors)
- Develop and implement improved processes for reimbursement tracking and presentation
- Create professional reporting systems suitable for external client use
- Support potential expansion of services to other Amazon freight partners
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills for Discord-based operations
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic computer applications
- Experience with PDF editing tools (PDF Gear or similar free alternatives)
- Ability to work independently and think critically about process improvements
- Strong attention to detail for financial documentation and tracking
- Problem-solving mindset with capability to innovate solutions
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
