Roseguards Services Limited is a trusted name in Kenya’s private security sector, known for delivering innovative and reliable protection solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. We specialize in manned guarding, alarm response, CCTV surveillance, access control, and VIP protection services.
As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our leadership team and help steer our financial strategy and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial controls
- Oversee cash flow management, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Supervise and mentor finance department staff
- Perform any other role or task that may be delegated to you by the General Manager from time to time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA – K or ACCA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a service-based or security- related industry
- Strong understanding of Kenyan financial regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
- Experience in the security services sector is a distinct advantage
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
